All attendees must register for the congress and receive a conference badge at the event in order to participate in conference activities. Please read through the guidelines carefully before registering.

Registration fees and payment deadlines
The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment. If you want to benefit from the lower fee, please, register early and pay by the deadline.

The registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks and light refreshments, access to the conference excursions.
Registration fees are VAT 0%, no VAT will be added. Please note that costs for travel and insurances are not included in the registration fees.
Congress dinner fee
You may purchase at the time of registration a congress dinner ticket for the fee of 90 € /person for registered congress participants and 90 € /person for accompanying persons; advance registration required. Dinner fee includes a three course dinner with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, evening program and boat transportation to the restaurant.

Cancellation and refund policy
After confirmed registration, no refunds are given in case of cancellation.

An unpaid registration is NOT a cancellation and cancellation fees will also apply to any unpaid registrations after invoice due date. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded.
